Acceptance of Conditions

By trading on www.piohni.com, you accept the following conditions. Please read these terms carefully. We reserve the right to make printing errors.

Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. In the event that the product is out of stock, we will inform you by email and proceed accordingly or cancel the order.

Returns

Piohní ApS provides a 14-day full return policy starting from the day the customer receives the shipment. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. Piohní is not liable for shipments that fail to arrive due to shipping company faults. Returns take up to 14 days to process. We will refund the return amount to the credit card used for the purchase. The buyer is responsible for return freight, and please note that we are not able to collect any returns from Post Offices or other locations.

Upon receiving your return, we will promptly process your refund or exchange, typically within 14 days.

Complaints

Complaints should be sent to hellopiohni@gmail.com. Your email must include a picture and a description of the complaint. Please indicate the order number in the subject line. We aim to process complaints within 48 hours.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. We reserve the right not to deliver an order in part or in full if a product is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Pricing Policy

Prices are displayed in DKK and include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices exclude service, payment, and delivery charges. Local taxes and import duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. We reserve the right to change product prices and take precautions against typographical errors.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship from Denmark.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days.

International Shipping

With international orders, from outside Denmark, please be aware that shipping times may vary, and any local taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Legal Compliance

Customers residing outside of Denmark are solely responsible for ensuring our products comply with local laws related to purchasing, importing, possessing, processing, and consuming. Seek legal advice for information on local legality before ordering.

Returns

Online purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. The products must be unused and in the same condition as received. You will be refunded for the product value, including outgoing shipping. All purchases have a 2-year right of reclamation and return rights for faulty or damaged products. Please note that the customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to ensure the package can be located at any time. This helps safeguard your return in case of loss or damage during transit.

Wrong or Faulty Products

If you receive a wrong or faulty product, please email us with photos and a description of the issue and await for instructions before returning the product.

 Lost or Stolen Orders Policy

In the rare occurrence of a lost or stolen web order during transit to our valued customers, the following procedures will be followed:

  • Claim with Courier: We will initiate a formal claim with the courier service used for the shipment.
  • Assessment Process: Once the courier service begins its assessment to determine the parcel's whereabouts, we will closely monitor the situation.
  • Refund or Replacement: After the courier service concludes its investigation, we will promptly issue a refund or arrange for a replacement order, based on your preference.
  • Refund Timing: Please note that a refund cannot be processed until the courier's investigation has been officially closed, which typically occurs within 10-14 business days after the claim was initially raised with the courier service.
