STRAWBERRY MATCHA
Ingredients
- 2-3 Strawberries
- 0.5 dl Creamer or milk of choice
- 1.5 tsp Piohní Ceremonial matcha powder
- 0.5 dl Water 70℃ or 167ºF
- 1 dl milk (we are using oat milk)
- Optional — maple syrup or other sweetener
- Ice cubes
Direction
1. Blend strawberries, creamer and sweetener (optional) until smooth. Set aside. We recommend fresh strawberries, but frozen will do the job well.
2. Add Piohní Ceremonial Grade matcha to your chawan bowl with 50 ml of water and whisk the matcha until velvety smooth and with no clumps remaining.
3. Pour your milk of choice into a glass filled with ice to the top. We like to pair our matcha with oat milk to complement the nutty flavour profile of our little green gem.
4. Top with matcha and stir.
5. Pour in the strawberry mixture on top, creating an ombre effect with the matcha and strawberry mix.
