STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE

The taste of summer. Make a Strawberry Matcha iced latte with Piohni. Sweetly balanced and refreshing 🍓 💌

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 tsp Piohni Ceremonial Matcha (4-5 bamboo scoops)
  • 30 ml water (65°C)
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries
  • 20 ml strawberry syrup (or homemade strawberry syrup)
  • Ice cubes
  • Your favorite milk or plantbased option

DIRECTION

1. Whisk 1.5 tsp of Piohni Ceremonial Matcha with 30 ml of water at 65°C until smooth and frothy.
2. For our homemade strawberry syrup, pick 4-5 fresh strawberries and mash together with 1 tsp sugar until smooth to make the strawberry syrup. (Or use 1-2 strawberries mashed with 20ml Strawberry Syrup)
3. Spoon the syrup into a tall glass filled with ice cubes and your favorite milk.
4. Gently pour the whisked matcha on top for an ombre effect that looks like summer in Italy.
5. Take a moment and stir your strawberry matcha. Hope you enjoy.
